Refund Policy

OVERVIEW Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. RETURNS OF PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS Due to the hygienic nature of our products (medicinal soaps), we have strict guidelines for returns to ensure the safety of all our customers:

  • Unopened Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the heat-shrink wrap or seal intact.

  • Opened/Used Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for soaps that have been opened, used, or had their protective packaging removed, unless the product is defective.

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong product was sent, please contact us at [zl571539@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your Order Number.

  • Photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale).

4. RETURN SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. REFUND PROCESS Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
